Two town hall meeting which were open to the entire Hollin Hills community were held to hear comments. Given due consideration to community comments, the DRC will create a final draft of the revised Guidelines and submit that final draft to the CAHH Board of Directors.

- Do I need DRC approval to build a shed?Yes. We encourage you to come see us as early as possible when you are considering a change to the exterior of your home. Structures such as sheds, decks, trellises, gazebos, fences, and satellite dishes require approval as do window and door replacements.
